Turkmen, Russian Presidents Sign Long-Term Gas And Energy Agreements
Turkmenistan President Saparmurat Niyazov and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a natural gas sales agreement and an intergovernmental energy cooperation accord in Moscow on 10 April.
