No Policy Change Expected From Lebanese Cabinet Reshuffle
Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq al-Hariri announced a new cabinet on 17 April following the resignation of his outgoing government on 15 April. This is the second time that President Emile Lahoud of Lebanon has asked Mr Hariri to form a government.
