Lukoil And KazMunaiGaz To Form Caspian Joint Venture
Russias Lukoil and Kazakh state oil and gas company KazMunaiGaz signed on 18 April an agreement to form a joint venture for the development of offshore oil and gas resources in the Khvalynskoye field in the Caspian Sea.
