S&P Revises Lebanon Outlook to Positive From Stable
Standard & Poor's (S&P) has revised its outlook on Lebanon to positive from stable, reflecting improved prospects for a sustained decline in the government's overall budget deficit and the heavy public debt burden, the ratings agency announced on 24 April. At the same time it affirmed Lebanons B- long-term ratings and C short-term ratings.
