Iraqi Oil Policy Recommendations After Regime Change
The following paper, obtained by MEES, lays out the thinking of the Iraqi Oil and Energy Working Group (Oil Policy Subgroup), which has drawn up proposals under the auspices of the US State Department Future of Iraq Project. The group, comprised of Iraqi experts and US officials, met several times between December 2002 and March this year (MEES, 14 April).
