Oil Supply Risks Lessened By Producer-Consumer Dialogue, Says Hiranuma
Oil supply risks have become more diverse in the last 30 years, but the recent war in Iraq showed the value of producer-consumer dialogue in preparation for supply emergencies, according to Takeo Hiranuma, Japans Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
