Irans External Debt Continues To Rise
Irans total external debt on 21 December 2002 (the end of the third quarter of the Iranian year 1381, which started on 21 March 2002) rose $397mn to $8.735bn from $8.338bn on 22 September 2002, according to statistics published by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) in its latest quarterly bulletin, Economic Trends.
