Iran Denies Breach Of Nuclear Safeguards
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has circulated a confidential report to members which criticizes Iran for failing to inform the agency of imports of uranium in 1991, as required under the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), which it has signed.
