Moneef To Replace Herbish As OPEC Governor For Saudi Arabia
Advisor to the Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Majed al-Moneef will replace Sulaiman al-Herbish as the kingdoms OPEC Governor from 1 November, MEES learns. Mr Herbish was elected Director-General of the OPEC Fund on 11 June (MEES, 16 June). Dr Moneef will be replaced as Saudi national representative on the OPEC Economic Commission Board by Yasser al-Mufti.
