New Attack Further Delays Iraqi Oil Exports, Bremer Calls For Public Sector Privatization
Progress on increasing Iraqi oil exports was dealt another blow last week as saboteurs blew up the Iraq-Turkey pipeline for the second time, adding to the many woes facing the industry.
