Iraq Targets 2.8Mn B/D Oil Production Level By April 2004 If Security Prevails

The Iraqi Ministry of Oil has finalized a plan to gradually reach a production level of 2.8mn b/d by April 2004, provided that there is the necessary security, electric power and finance, MEES learns from authoritative sources.
