Mohammedia Refinery Operating At Full Capacity
The 125,000 b/d Mohammedia refinery has resumed operation at full capacity with the third production unit coming back on-stream on 24 July, according to local press reports. The refinery, which is privately owned by the refining company Samir, suffered $150mn in damage during a major fire last November (MEES, 2 December 2002). The third unit produces 80,000 b/d of diesel, fuel oil, kerosene, gasoline and butane....
