Rosneft Commissions Ship For Offshore Caspian Drilling
Russias state-owned Rosneft announced on 4 September that it had commissioned the Ispolin industrial ship which will be used for drilling on the Caspian shelf, including the Kurmangazy oil and gas structure in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea.
