Bahr Al-'Ulum To Head Iraqi Delegation To 24 September OPEC Meeting
Iraqs Oil Ministry announced on 16 September that it planned to send a delegation, headed by newly-appointed Oil Minister Ibrahim Bahr al-'Ulum, to the scheduled OPEC ministerial conference which will take place in Vienna on 24 September.
