Pipeline Damaged In Bombing But Exports Not Affected

An explosion on 12 September damaged the 420km export pipeline that runs from the Marib oilfield to the Ras Isa terminal on the Red Sea. A fire broke out in the Sirwah district of Marib province, and some 3,000 barrels of crude was reported to have leaked out of the pipeline, which is operated by the USs Hunt Oil.
