King Fahd Names New SEC Advisory Board
King Fahd ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz of Saudi Arabia has issued a royal decree naming the new 16-member advisory board of the Supreme Economic Council (SEC), which will serve for a one-year term starting 9 October 2003.
