EIA Outlook Sees Non-OPEC Supply Outpacing Global Demand Growth In 2004

Global oil demand is expected to rise from an average 78.6mn b/d in 2003 to 79.7mn b/d in 2004, while non-OPEC liquids supplies rise from 48.6mn b/d to 49.9mn b/d, according to the Energy Information Administration (EIA) of the US Department of Energy.
