Saudi Cabinet Approves Upstream Gas Projects
Saudi Arabias cabinet on 11 November approved an agreement covering a joint venture project to carry out gas exploration in a 200,000 sq km area in the south of the Rub'i al-Khali, and authorized Oil Minister Ali Naimi to sign the deal with Shell, Total and Saudi Aramco on behalf of the government.
