Hunts Marib Block 18 PSA In Yemen Extended To 2010
The Yemeni government on 11 November extended by five years to 2010 the production-sharing agreement (PSA) with a consortium led by Hunt Oil covering Marib Block 18. The PSA extension, according to the Yemen News Agency, contained an amendment stipulating that the government had the absolute authority to control the affairs of gas resources as a property owned by the state.
