CPC Signs Transportation Agreement With KalmTEK
The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) announced on 20 November that it had signed an agreement with the Russian state-owned investment company KalmTEK to transport 300,000 tons/year (6,000 b/d) of Russian crude produced in the southern Republic of Kalmykia beginning on 1 June 2004 (MEES, 27 October).
