Egypt Requests Israeli Letter Of Credit For Gas Sales
The Egyptian government has asked the Israeli government and Israel Electric Corporation (IEC) to provide a letter of credit to guarantee IEC payments to Egypt for the natural gas it is due to supply IEC over the next 15 years, according to a 2 December report in the Israeli daily Haaretz.
