Morocco And Spain Agree To Build Sub-Sea Rail Link
Morocco and Spain have agreed to press ahead with a 20-year old plan to build a 39km rail link under the Mediterranean. The two sides have agreed a €37mn budget, most of which will be spent on seismic surveys in order to determine the best route.
