OPEC Shrugs Off Threat To Supply From Potential Egypt Disruption
OPEC views as highly unlikely the potential threat of a supply disruption hitting vital Suez oil transportation arteries as a result of current political turmoil. Current supply is sufficient, but if there is a serious shortage of oil then OPEC is ready to act, the organizations Secretary-General ʹAbd Allah al-Badri, told reporters on 31 January.
