US Firm Fined Almost$1Mn For Exporting Oilfield Equipment To Iran
Houston-basedoilfield services company BS&B Process Systems and its London subsidiaryhave been fined almost $1mn by the US Department of Commerce for illegallyexporting oilfield equipment to Iran. The company was sentenced in Tulsa at theUS District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, after an investigationled by the Commerce Departments Bureau of Export Administration (BXA).
