PDVSA Executives Call For Negotiated Solution, But ChavezHangs Tough
The executives of Venezuelasstate-owned oil company PDVSA on 13 March urged a negotiated end to the disputeover the companys board of directors, saying that oil production could beaffected if the crisis was allowed to continue.
