S&P AffirmsRatings on Oman
Rating agency Standard and Poors (S&P) said on 16 Aprilthat it had affirmed all its ratings on Oman, including its BBB/A-3 foreigncurrency and BBB+/A-2 local currency issuer credit ratings. According to astatement issued by the agency, this reflects prudent fiscal policies and astrong net asset position, despite enduring structural weaknesses and uncertaintyover policy continuity. The outlook on Oman is stable.
