Tunisia ToReceive $104.6Mn Loan From AFESD
On 18 May, Tunisiaand the Kuwait-based Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD)signed a development loan worth KD32mn ($104.57mn) to partially finance the constructionof six dams in the north of the country. The loan is repayable over 22 years,with a grace period of six years, and carries a rate of interest of 4.5%.
