UAE And Oman Sign FinalBorder Agreement

TheUAE and Oman in Abu Dhabi on 22 Junesigned a final agreement demarcating the border between the two countries. Apartial accord, covering a distance of 350km from Umm al-Zumulwhere the UAE-Oman-Saudi borders meet to al-Uqaidatin the north, was signed in May 1999 (MEES,10 May 1999).
