Venezuela Appoints Ramirez To Energy & Mines Portfolio
Venezuelahas appointed Rafael Ramirez, the head of the national gas regulator Enagas, as the countrys new Energy & Mines Minister,replacing Alvaro Silva, who was appointed OPEC Secretary General in June (MEES, 1 July).
