OPEC/Russia Affirm Commitment To MarketStability
OPEC Secretary-General AlvaroSilva and Russian Energy Minister Igor Yusufov, aftertalks in Moscow on 5August, affirmed their commitment to work for oil market stability. Commentingon Russiasdecision to increase its crude exports by 150,000 b/d from 1 July and abandonits previous curb on exports, Mr Silva said: OPECand Russia agreedthat the most important thing is to maintain the stability of the oil market....
