India LNG Secures $283Mn Syndicated Term Loan
India LNG Transport Company signedon 3 July a $283mn syndicated term loan which will allow it to finance theconstruction and acquisition of two new LNG tankers which will be leased by Indias Petronet under a 25-year charter agreement. Petronet will be using the vessels for transportation ofLNG from Qatars Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural GasCompany (RasGas).
