Petroceltic Eyes Production Debuts In Algeria And Kurdistan
Irish independent Petroceltic is eyeing commercial production at blocks held in both Algeria and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) area of northern Iraq, Chief Executive Brian OCathain tells MEES.
