EIA Maintains 2003 Demand Growth Forecast At 1.2 Mn B/D
The Energy Information Administration (EIA) of the US Department of Energy has maintained its forecast for 2003 demand growth at 1.2mn b/d, and also its expectation for the normal 3Q-4Q consumption rise.
