PDO Targets Return To 800,000 B/D Output By 2007
Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) has launched a focused results delivery (FRD) program to restore crude production to a plateau of 800,000 b/d by 2007, according to the August edition of the companys monthly newsletter, al-Fahal. PDOs oil production has been on a declining trend since late last year, averaging 831,000 b/d in 2001, down 9,000 b/d on 2000 and 19,000 b/d below the companys target of 850,000 b/d. But...
