New SOMO Head Nominated

MEES understands that Mr Rafid 'Abd al-Halim, currently director general of exploration at the Ministry of Oil and formerly head of the South Oil Company and the North Oil Company, has been nominated for the post of executive director of the State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO).
