Byblos Remains On Acquisition Trail, Buys ABN AMROs Lebanese Assets
Lebanons Byblos Bank has continued on the acquisition trail with its announcement on 12 November that it has agreed to buy ABM AMROs Lebanese assets. The move is in line with Byblos expansion plans and follows its acquisition of ING Barings Lebanese assets and merger with Wedge Bank Middle East last year.
