Syrias $64Mn Treasury Bond Issue Oversubscribed
The Syrian Ministry of Finance auction at the end of December to issue S3bn ($64mn) worth of treasury bonds was oversubscribed, like the debut treasury bills for S2bn ($43bn) issued for the first time on 13 December (MEES, 20 December 2010).
