Iraq-Turkey Pipeline System Back To Full Capacity 1H 2003 But Exports To Remain Constrained

The crude pipeline system linking northern Iraq with the Turkish port of Ceyhan is scheduled to return to full capacity of 1.6mn b/d in the first half of 2003, MEES learns.
