KazTransOil And Transneft Plan $200Mn Modernization For Atyrau-Samara Crude Pipeline
Kazakstans state-owned crude transport company, KazTransOil, and Russias pipeline monopoly Transneft have agreed on a $200mn modernization program for the Atyrau-Samara crude pipeline (see map, MEES, 11 November).
