CNOOC In Talks With PEDEC For Jufeyr Oilfield Buyback
China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has entered negotiations with Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC) for a buyback contract to develop the Jufeyr oilfield.
