Cabinet Adds Its Approval To AOC Agreement
Kuwaits cabinet on 15 December added its approval to a final agreement with the Japanese-owned Arabian Oil Company (AOC). The Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC) approved the accord on 3 December (MEES, 9 December). So far no date has been announced for the signing of the agreement by the two sides.
