US Refuses Norways Invitation To Reopen Hague Climate Talks
The US on 18 December rejected an invitation from Norway to reopen The Hague climate change talks with the EU in Oslo, casting a shadow over the future of the Kyoto Protocol. Norway suggested that the US and EU ministers should pick up negotiations where they left off on 25 November, when the 6th Conference of the Parties (COP6) was suspended without agreement after US and EU delegates failed...
