Yamani Says OPEC Output Cut Should Await Iraqi Production Move
Former Saudi Oil Minister Shaikh Ahmad Zaki Yamani said on 11 January that OPEC should refrain from cutting production at its 17 January meeting in Vienna until it became clear what might happen to production from Iraq.
