UAE Equities Lose 36.1% In Value Over Past Two Years
Despite a year of solid oil prices and the advent of a formal stock exchange, UAE share price values fell by Dh19bn ($5.2bn) in 2000 according to Ziad Dabbas, Manager of Shares Trading at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD).
