Qatar And UOG Set To Sign MOU On Dolphin Project
MEES learns that after months of negotiations, Qatar and the UAE Offsets Group (UOG) are close to signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the sale of natural gas from the offshore North Field for the Dolphin project, under which the gas will be piped under the sea to Abu Dhabi for delivery to the UAE.
