Public Criticism Of Surcharges As Iraqi Oil Exports Rise Slightly
Three months after the fact, the US, UK and the UN have started to criticize Iraq publicly for its decision to demand that a surcharge should be paid on oil exports into accounts independent of the UN (MEES, 19 February).
