Saudi Electricity Company Reinstates $500Mn Ghazlan II Loan
The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) announced on 1 April that it had signed a $500mn syndicated loan agreement with a consortium of local and international banks to finance the completion of the Ghazlan II power plant in the kingdoms eastern province.
