IPG Posts Net Profits Of $23.7Mn In 2000, Up 143% On 1999
The Independent Petroleum Group (IPG), a private Kuwaiti oil company, has announced a net profit for 2000 of KD7.298mn ($23.73mn), compared to KD3.008mn ($9.78mn) in 1999, a rise of 143%. The 2000 profit amounted to 67.1% of the companys capital of KD10.875mn ($35.36mn) and 24.6% of total shareholders equity of KD29.648mn ($96.41mn).
