Vessel Carrying Iraqi Petroleum Products Sinks Off Dubai

A Georgian-flagged, Iraqi-owned vessel carrying 1,300 tons of contraband Iraqi fuel oil sank 16.5 nautical miles (30kms) off the coast of Dubai on 14 April, resulting in an oil spill that threatens to wash up on UAE beaches.
