Irans External Debt Falls To $8Bn At End-2000
Irans total external debt by 21 December 2000 (the end of the third quarter of the Iranian year 1379) fell to $8.075bn from $8.849bn in the second quarter, according to statistics published by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) in its latest quarterly bulletin Economic Trends.
